Cancellation Policy

‍We value your time and ours. To provide every guest with the best scheduling experience, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

‍Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. For color services, extension services, or appointments lasting more than two hours, we require 48 hours’ notice.

‍Late Cancellations
Cancellations within the required window may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee must be paid before rebooking future appointments.

‍No-Show Appointments
Guests who do not show up for their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

‍Arriving Late
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule entirely. If we cannot provide the service due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation.

‍Confirmation Policy
Appointment confirmations are sent via email/text as a courtesy. Lack of confirmation does not exempt the cancellation fee.

‍Extension Install Appointments
Due to the time and preparation involved, all extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
