Cancellations & Rescheduling
To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we kindly ask that you make any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 4 hours before your appointment. If this notice is not provided, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment price may apply. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this helps us manage our schedule. Thank you for choosing our services; we value your trust and look forward to serving you.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations within the required window may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee must be paid before rebooking future appointments.
No-Show Appointments
Guests who do not show up for their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Arriving Late
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule entirely. If we cannot provide the service due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
Confirmation Policy
Appointment confirmations are sent via email/text as a courtesy. Lack of confirmation does not exempt the cancellation fee.
Extension Install Appointments
Due to the time and preparation involved, all extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
