Our priority is delivering exceptional service using Aveda’s high-quality products and techniques. Because of the nature of hair services, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
Service Refunds
If you are not pleased with any service you receive in the salon we will gladly repeat that service at no charge to you. Please call within 48 hours of original service date to rebook.
Corrective color may require more than one service to achieve desired result, so please understand you may have to agree with your stylist on an achievable result for the first appointment
Product Refunds
Products may be exchanged within 10 days and receive full refund if unopened or with in 30 days to recieve store credit.
*All make-up and brush sales are final.*
Extension Hair Refunds
All extension hair purchases (wefts, tape-ins, keratin tips, etc.) are final sale. Hair cannot be refunded or exchanged once ordered, as it is custom-selected for each guest.
Prepaid Packages, Deposits & Gift Cards
All prepaid services, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service or guest at management’s discretion.
