Our priority is delivering exceptional service using Aveda’s high-quality products and techniques. Because of the nature of hair services, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
Service Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 72 hours so we can make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge. Adjustments must align with the original service performed.
Product Refunds
Unopened Aveda products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds unless they caused an adverse reaction.
Extension Hair Refunds
All extension hair purchases (wefts, tape-ins, keratin tips, etc.) are final sale. Hair cannot be refunded or exchanged once ordered, as it is custom-selected for each guest.
Prepaid Packages, Deposits & Gift Cards
All prepaid services, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service or guest at management’s discretion.
